This wine is also made from biodynamically cultivated grapes and with minimal intervention. The incoming grapes spontaneously fermented after whole-bunch pressing, then matured on fine sieves in 5-hectare barrels for 11 months, and were bottled without filtration. Juicy, lively sip, with citrus, quince, tea and herbal notes.

Juhfark (Sheep's Tail) harvested from the finest organic vineyards of Somló, from twenty-year-old vines, made from selected grapes. It was fermented using spontaneous fermentation with local yeasts in a 500-liter Hungarian oak barrel, where it also aged for 9 months. Its aroma is not intrusive, but rich in subtle woody and caramel notes. On the palate, it creates perfect balance, revealing the minerality of Somló, floral notes, and a peach character. Round acidity, restrained salinity, medium body, proportional structure, and a long finish. Do not chill excessively; it shows its best character at 14-15 degrees Celsius.

In this vineyard, mornings are cool, afternoons are sunny, and the average temperature is low, all of which contribute to slow ripening and the complexity of the grapes. This is where Montes winery's 'experimental' Sauvignon Blanc comes from, pushing the boundaries, called Outer Limits. Old world and new world go hand in hand in this wine: green pepper, asparagus, cut grass appear alongside passion fruit, mango, and citrus fruits. The acidity is vibrant, the palate is full and very long. An exciting wine with many details.

Rosé from the Balaton Highlands, made with a well-established ratio of Kékfrankos (67%) and Pinot Noir (33%), hand-harvested at various times. Spontaneous fermentation followed by aging for 8 months in inox tanks. The aroma features familiar notes of strawberry, dog rose, and floral elements, while the taste offers restrained red berries, strawberry, and raspberry. Not overly extravagant, elegant, and mineral, each sip evokes the summer of Balaton.

It is characteristically vigorous in every vintage, has good acidity, and is rich in fruit aromas and content. The harvest takes place in several stages, after sorting, some of the berries are picked, and the majority of them are spontaneously fermented in whole bunches for 3-4 weeks in an open vat. This is followed by half a year of aging in 5 hl used Hungarian barrels. Finally, it is bottled unfiltered and unclarified, with minimal sulfur and significant lees. A true Swiss army knife wine, dynamic and at the same time broad, complex and yet light. Its taste and aroma are full of early summer, red berry fruits, cherries and sour cherries.

A serious, aged Pinot Noir with a distinct ruby-red color and dark reflections. The aroma features red cherries and, in a characteristic way, savory thyme. On the palate, it is fresh, crisp, and fruity, characterized by harmonious acidity and a full, rich flavor profile, with a long finish.

The Heimann estate is a family affair, a 22-hectare company in the heart of Szekszárd, with a total of 96,000 grape vines, practicing organic farming for the past two years. It is not everyday that their selection expands with a new wine, but the time has come for this. The Barbarossa bridge represents two generations and two winemaking styles: it embodies the overflowing, hedonistic character of classic Heimann wines, where the core of the wine feels almost sweet, followed by a very fine dryness that lightens the sip and reminds us of true Chianti."

A blend of seven grape varieties. Dominantly composed of Kékfrankos and Syrah, so it’s no surprise that the aroma is filled with spicy notes. Aged for 11 months in wooden barrels of 5 to 25 hectoliters. A concentrated, juicy sip with excellent proportions.

The loess soil, rich in calcium, gives a higher acid content and a more lively, fruity character compared to the more serious, deeper-flavored wine. Even the scent is multifaceted, cranberry, raspberry, blackberry, alongside flowers and fine herbs. The sip is infinitely smooth, well structured, fresh and ends with a long aftertaste. Great New World wines come to mind. Aging for 15 months in first- and second-fill French barrels.

Syrah harvested from the 17-year-old vines of Barnatanya is one of the most characteristic wines of Attila Gábor Németh. Similar to previous vintages, it was fermented in a tank and then aged in barrels for a few months. It features lively notes of blackberry and red currant, alongside peppery, spicy aromas, with vibrant tannins and a medium body on the palate.

A rich red wine with a great fruit base. Especially blackcurrants and blackberries. The overall expression of Merlot is full-bodied, generous with expressive tannins and a caramel-spicy finish. 20% new barrels.

The grapes come from four selected plots of the Quebrada vineyard in Casablanca, north of Santiago. A vineyard positively influenced by the flow of cold air from the Pacific Ocean. Together with the gravel soil and sandy relief, they enable the growth of a deep root system. Climatic conditions contribute favorably to organic grape growing. After multiple selection, the grapes are gently processed and then naturally fermented in stainless steel tanks, together without the addition of sulfur dioxide. After fermentation, it matures for 5 months in concrete, conical containers. A unique wine with a deep, intense color. The aroma is composed of notes of berries, black olives and herbs. The taste gives a charming impression with a lot of vitality and a natural expression. Long, mineral finish.

In the steep, granite-clay slopes of the Colchagua Valley in Chile, the rainy periods alternated in 2021: one of the coolest vintages of recent years resulted in a slow-ripening, concentrated harvest. Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%), processed quickly and under control, with the majority aged for 1 year in new and used French barrique barrels. Deep ruby color, the intense aroma features ripe berries, blackberries, plums, and classic crème de cassis, complemented by cedar, chocolate, and finely smoky notes in the almost endless sip.
